Safe to say this place was one of the highlights visits on the holiday!! Quite a small places but the ladies who work there are absolutely amazing, the customer service is superb and the food and treats are so tasty!! I had a hot chocolate and chocolate milkshake which were both fantastic. The leek and potato soup was nice and thick with lots of flavour and then lastly the chocolate caramel shortbread was possibly the best I have ever had. Definitely the best cafe in the area

Absolutely amazing spot for breakfast and lunch. I had the garlic mushroom toastie (vegan) and my partner had a chicken and cheese toastie which they kindly made (off menu). Such a lovely atmosphere and clearly value their community and regular customers. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options which was lovely to see. Will be coming back again :)

Absolutely fantastic vegan menu, really delicious and interesting. Genuinely surprised! Had a lovely grilled mushroom sandwich, which I feel I've never seen in a menu before. My partner had a tofish sandwich, which was very tasty. Proper chips as well! Thick cut and soft. Very quaint place, seating inside and outside. We sat in the downstairs, which was lovely and cool, as we went on a hot day.

Lovely place to eat and dog friendly inside as well as outside. We had cake and there were lots of choices of gluten-free cake. They were out of sticky toffee pudding, so they warmed up a slice of gluten-free bakewell tart with ice cream, and it was amazing, probability the best I have ever eaten.

We visited here on Friday 20th May 2022 looking for a late breakfast. The main café area was fairly small but a good number of tables fitted in, more seating downstairs. Toilets clean and fresh. Didn’t have any but the cakes on offer looked lovely! The lady who served us seemed to know the locals and was talking to us and them, which just made the whole a atmosphere friendly and nice. It really felt like a local café. We both had the mini breakfast and it was so fresh, the eggs were lovely and runny as well. There was really only that on the menu if you’re looking for a breakfast, which was £7.95. I wouldn’t say it was filling, but if you’re looking for a really good quality breakfast then definitely give it a try. Plenty of other items on the menu for lunch and did I mention cake
